Use of Our Website and Services

All Paths Travel provides travel planning, travel information, quotes, booking assistance, and related customer service. Our services may include cruises, theme park vacations, road trips, campground getaways, group travel, accessible travel planning, service animal travel support, and other personalized travel services.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized information through our website, forms, email, phone, text messaging, or AI-assisted tools.

Travel Quotes, Availability, and Pricing

Travel quotes, prices, promotions, availability, schedules, policies, and supplier terms may change at any time before a booking is confirmed. A quote does not guarantee pricing or availability until the reservation is completed and confirmed by the travel supplier.

Travel suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, theme parks, campgrounds, transportation providers, and other travel partners, may have their own terms, conditions, cancellation rules, payment deadlines, refund policies, and travel requirements.

Bookings and Payments

When you choose to book travel, you may be required to provide accurate traveler information, payment details, legal names, dates of birth, contact information, accessibility needs, service animal details, or other information required by the travel supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details before payment or confirmation, including traveler names, travel dates, destinations, room types, cabin categories, campground sites, tickets, flights, transfers, and any special requests.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellations, refunds, credits, changes, and penalties are controlled by the terms of the travel supplier. All Paths Travel will assist when possible, but we cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, change, or exception.

Some travel purchases may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees, change fees, supplier penalties, or deadline restrictions.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for having proper identification, passports, visas, health documents, vaccination records, service animal documentation when required, and any other documents needed for travel.

Travelers are also responsible for reviewing destination requirements, cruise line policies, airline policies, accessibility policies, service animal policies, campground rules, and supplier terms before traveling.

Accessible Travel and Service Animal Requests

We may assist with accessibility requests, mobility needs, cognitive disability support requests, service animal travel questions, and supplier communication when possible. However, accessibility services, accommodations, service animal approvals, and onboard or on-property policies are controlled by the travel supplier.

We cannot guarantee that every destination, supplier, attraction, campground, ship, hotel, resort, or transportation provider will be able to meet every accessibility or service animal request.

Project AllieWay AI Assistant

We may use Project AllieWay, our in-house AI assistant, to help answer questions, collect travel request details, organize trip preferences, provide general travel information, and assist with customer service.

Project AllieWay is designed to assist with travel planning, but it does not replace human review. Any booking, quote, payment, reservation, or supplier request may be reviewed by a member of our team or the appropriate travel supplier before being finalized.

Information provided through Project AllieWay should be accurate and should not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identification information unless it is necessary for your travel request.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting into SMS from a web form, Project AllieWay, or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from All Paths Travel and Project AllieWay. This includes SMS messages for travel requests, trip planning updates, AI-assisted travel planning, booking assistance, customer service, appointment or consultation reminders, follow-up communication, and promotional offers when applicable.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
